 Fee Structure 



1.   This schedule of membership fees is authorized under the provisions of the Association's bylaws as ratified by a meeting of the Board of Directors.
2.  Membership fees payable shall be based on the total previous year's volume according to the schedule shown below.
3.   The Annual Fee structure is based on the term of November 1st through October 31st.
4.  Fees for new members accepted during the interim period will be assessed on a pro-rata basis to the nearest quarter year.
5.  The Board of Directors shall not accept or move to approve any application for membership unless the annual fee, or balance thereof, has been paid in advance.

Regular Members
Those persons, firms, partnerships or corporations engaged in road building and heavy construction in Alberta and the Northwest Territories may be eligible to become a regular member.

Associate Members
Those individuals, firms or corporations who do not qualify as regular members by reason of not being contractors may be eligible to become an Associate Member. This category may include supply, technical, consultant, financial, indemnity or other firms or individuals who have similar interests to regular members.

Affiliate Members
Those associations representing a part of the road building and heavy construction industry may be eligible to become an Affiliate Member. There shall be no individual right of membership to the members of the supporting association.

Social Members
Those individuals who have retired from the category of regular member may be eligible to become a social members.

Owner Operator
Those individuals who own and operate two or fewer pieces of equipment in the road building and heavy construction industry in Alberta may be eligible to become a member in this category.

Consultant Members
Those individuals, firms, corporations or partnerships whose consulting services are provided to the roadbuilding and heavy construction industry may be eligible to become Consultant Members.
